How do I get to Microsoft Word on my Dell XPS?

That is if my new Dell XPS M1530 has Microsoft Word. It came pre-installed with Vista so I hope it has Word. How do I get to it.

If you can't afford to spend the 100 bucks + for Microsoft Word, then you can get Open Office, an open source alternative that provides everything that Office does, and it's completely free.
